Don’t worry, we’re not going to tell you to completely overhaul your whole diet! However, we do recommend sprinkling in some extra goodness as a way to glow from the inside, out.

Try to focus on getting a healthy dose of vitamin C in particular, which protects your collagen stores from sun damage and helps to boost elastin, to give your complexion a firm and radiant finish. Broccoli, red capsicum and citrus fruits are three brilliant sources.
