Although this project is made of quality materials it does not act as a good rain chain. Aesthetically it is beautiful, functionally it fails. The 'spinners' do not spin although they are constructed in appearance that they should spin. The first large 'spinner' due to its stationary nature catches the full brunt of the water spill from the gutter and splashes the water in every which direction. The remaining chain below gets very little rain water.
