GRUNT GREEN (mild) was discovered almost by accident that green cayenne peppers picked just before they turn red can bring a truly unique, tangy, earthy flavor; still carries the same fresh flavor as Dead Red, and that same rich concentration of all-natural cayenne peppers. Much of the harvesting of the green peppers happens at the end of a growing season, when these mature, perfectly balanced peppers just decide to stay green; as such, we usually age these peppers a bit longer. All-natural, tangy mild green cayenne hot sauce. 100% American-grown peppers.

A SALT WEAPON (Medium) All-natural, non-iodized sea salt mixed with the same sun-dried habanero mash that makes Maple Mayhem so great. No fillers or additives. The Atlantic ocean provides the salt, our American-grown habanero peppers provide the heat, and together they make one powerful duo. Great on salads, tacos, popcorn, or on the rim of your Margarita or Bloody Mary glass.

MAPLE MAYHEM (Medium) is like nothing you've ever tried before. It's pure Vermont maple syrup infused by sun-dried remnant habanero mash (after we extract the habanero liquid from the mash); perfect for chicken and waffles, brussel sprouts, maple glazed salmon, the list goes on. If you've got skills in the kitchen, this is your new secret weapon.

DEAD RED (Medium) our classic signature product.  Perfect for buffalo wings, but great on pretty much everything else.  Made from Louisiana-grown, fully ripe red cayenne peppers hand-picked at exactly that right time, and then salted down and aged until the mash is perfect for conversion and bottling.  An all-natural product that is almost 90% cayenne peppers, this sauce packs a truly authentic, fresh cayenne flavor that will be very different when compared to other sauces that typically have a stronger concentration of vinegar.    Cut it with some butter to make wings (The General suggests 75 sauce/25 butter).  Depending upon each growing season’s weather patterns, heat (1-10) will range between 6-7.  This sauce won’t melt your brain, but depending upon your palette, you may need to reach for a cold beverage.

DANGER CLOSE (Hot) is a magical blend of red cayenne and orange habanero peppers. We think it's the PERFECT sauce for making buffalo wings--it packs a strong cayenne flavor, but also brings a solid backdoor kicker of habanero heat. More heat than our best-seller, Dead Red, but it won't melt your brain like a heavy dose of Shock & Awe.

SHOCK & AWE (Very Hot) is not for the faint of heart, this sauce was a special request from our beloved heat freak fans that we have since opened up to the rest of the universe. Made with almost 90% American-grown orange habaneros (we liked that flavor the best from all our testing), you'll get a unique punch of deep, powerful, sustained heat that is offset by a sweet aroma and taste. Many of our fans will use this sauce to "spike" Dead Red when making wings.

BOLD GOLD (Mild Medium) Our all-natural cayenne-infused extra virgin olive oil. After we filter the solids out from our Dead Red pepper mash, we carefully blend it into premium grade extra virgin olive oil. The fruity olive oil notes pair perfectly with the fermented cayenne flavor. Bold Gold goes great on anything from salads to garlic bread. Enjoy some mildly spicy bruschetta, or fully infuse the heat out by cooking it in dishes like oven-roasted vegetables, marinated chicken breast, or any dish that begins with a splash of olive oil in the pan.

HOOAH Jalapeño (Mild Medium) HOOAH Jalapeño is carefully blended from precisely aged, American-grown peppers. HOOAH Jalapeño carries a mild-medium heat profile, and is a versatile flavor that can be used anywhere. We love it on tacos, burritos, enchiladas, and (our favorite) scrambled eggs.
