Tropical Grilled Pork Tenderloin

An impressive meal could not be easier to prepare. The tropical sweet and spicy flavor of the pork tenderloin is from our Roasted Pineapple & Habanero Sauce.

Ingredients

  • 2 Pork tenderloins, trimmed

  • 1 1/2 cups Robert Rothschild Farm Roasted Pineapple & Habanero Sauce
  • Olive oil
  • Kosher salt and pepper, to season

Directions

  1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Rub the pork with the olive oil and season with salt and pepper.

  2. Grill pork for 8 - 10 minutes, or to desired doneness, turning every 3 - 4 minutes.

  3. Let the pork rest, covered for 10 minutes.

  4. Slice and fan on a platter.

  5. Top with Roasted Pineapple & Habanero Sauce. Serve with Basmati rice and grilled vegetables.

Ingredients

FOR THE TACOS

    • 14 oz Wicked Ghost Pepper Sausage from Queen City Sausage

    • Roasted Pineapple & Habanero Glaze & Finishing Sauce
    • Corn or Flour Tortillas
    • Small handful of roughly chopped Fresh Cilantro

FOR THE FRESH CILANTRO LIME SLAW

  • 2 cups Green Cabbage Shredded

  • 2 cups Napa Cabbage Shredded

  • 1 Red Bell Pepper—thinly sliced into 1-inch pieces

  • 2 tablespoons Honey

  • 1.5 tablespoons minced Garlic

  • The juice of a Fresh Lime

  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Directions

    GRILLED SAUSAGE TACOS

    1. Slice the sausages lengthwise and grill. The Roasted Pineapple & Habanero Glaze and Finishing Sauce can be brushed onto the sausages as they grill to layer more flavor.

    2. Lightly warm/grill the tortillas for added flavor as well.

    3. Depending on preference, add either a half or whole sausage to a tortilla, top with slaw and dress with Roasted Pineapple & Habanero Glaze and Finishing Sauce.

    CILANTRO LIME SLAW

    1. Add shredded cabbage, cilantro, and garlic to a bowl.

    2. Squeeze the fresh lime juice and drizzle the honey evenly over the mixture.

    3. Salt and Pepper to taste.

    4. Toss all ingredients to coat and place into the refrigerator.

    • 4 Pork loin or rib chops, 3/4-inch thick

    • 2 Tbsp. Olive oil

    • 1 Red onion, sliced

    • 1 clove Garlic, diced

    • 1 bottle Robert Rothschild Roasted Pineapple and Habanero Sauce

    • Salt and pepper to taste

    Directions

    1. Heat oil in a sauté pan.

    2. Add onions and sauté.

    3. After onions are beginning to become transparent, add garlic and sauté for another minute.

    4. Season pork chops with a little salt and pepper and brush with oil.

    5. Grill on each side for 2 minutes.

    6. Brush with Roasted Pineapple and Habanero Sauce and continue to grill until cooked to desired doneness.

    7. Top with cooked onions.

    8. Pork chops can also be finished in a 350 degrees F oven.
